I have been doing Lisa’s Yoga classes for a couple of years now. She is a lovely kind person and does an excellent lesson every week. Even during this lockdown she is doing an online class free to keep us going. Excellent teacher really patient and watches to make sure doing it right. very helpful

I have been doing Lisa’s yoga class since the start of this year as a total beginner to yoga.I really love the way Lisa teaches in a clear, easy to follow style and offers options to vary the level of intensity through the movement patterns. Since starting yoga with Lisa, my flexibility and balance has greatly improved and has been a great addition to my weight training for both additional strength building and recovery post workout and Lisa has also taught me a wide range of effective stretches and yoga poses which I can easily follow at home in between classes. Having a stressful and fast paced job, doing yoga with Lisa has also really helped manage my stress levels and improved my quality of sleep too.
Highly recommended for anyone looking to de-stress, improve coordination, balance and flexibility in a relaxed yet effective class.

I have been going to Lisa’s Tuesday evening class for about 7 months now and can’t recommend it enough, Lisa is a really lovely, friendly teacher who makes you feel so welcome. I was a complete beginner when i started and found the class really easy to follow, with Lisa taking the time to talk through each position and show different levels of difficulty depending on what level people were at. I have even managed to carry on the class through the first 6 months of my pregnancy, with Lisa being really supportive and adapting it just for me. Everyone in the class has been so friendly and welcoming, and there’s a lovely relaxing feel rather than being competitive like some gym classes. i can’t believe how much my flexibility has improved since i started, and no matter how stressful my day has been i always come out of the class feeling totally chilled and happy.
If you’re thinking of giving yoga a go then i can’t think of a better place to start.
Lisa is a great Yoga Teacher. She is very clear with instructions and how breathing helps you get further into the positions. Always checks students are in he correct position to avoid injuries

Lisa helps you with the poses and also talks you through them to enable you to understand how they benefit you. A great class for all levels of experience. I love these classes it’s wonderful to get the combination of skilled yoga teaching in a relaxed environment that suits all abilities. I started Lisa’s classes 2.5 years ago, I had never done yoga before and now I totally love it. Lisa always gently encourages without pushing too much and I have seen myself develop in the poses enormously overtime. The class is also friendly and fun, particularly I have loved the yin (candlelit) yoga in winter months. If you are a yoga lover like me or looking for something new I can’t recommend this class enough.
Lisa is a wonderful teacher. Very patient and very considerate. She always makes sure you are doing the poses correctly and will always demonstrate alternative ways to achieve the same result. I love attending her classes because she makes you feel comfortable and we all have a good time!
Lisa is a fantastic yoga teacher who is kind, patient and very easy to approach. Lisa always gives options so that you can participate whatever your ability. I have recently trained to be a yoga teacher and I have learnt so much from Lisa! She’s great! Her classes help with both your mind and body to get the perfect balance of fitness and relaxation. I have been doing Yoga for over 2 Year’s now with Lisa and she is one of the best Yoga teachers I have come across.

Tried Candlelight Yoga at Sharmans Cross Junior School on Tuesday which was so relaxing 😌 looking forward to going again next week. Would highly recommend trying Lisa Jane Yoga for yourself.
